As we are affiliated to the Gloucester Association, Pipers members can shoot at Sneedhams Green - the Gloucester Country range - at any time.
This offers 18 covered outdoor firing points at 20yds, 25yds, 50yds and 50m.
Note that you'll need to take any targets you want to shoot with you.

You can download below a) general details on using the range including directions, etc and b) the official Range Safety Rules.
Note that range ME and MV limits are the same as Babdown but there is currently a calibre limit of .44 and muzzle loading pistols are not permitted.

Note that the target holders at Sneedhams have been updated and it is now necessary for shooters to take their own backer onto which they attach their targets.
The information I have is that these should be around 4 to 6 mm thick and the dimensions are as follows:

Narrow target frames prone, bench, standing at 25m.
52cm x 30cm

Wide target frames for use at 50m only:
66cm x 71cm will allow for a PL7 card

If you don't want a wasted journey, it's worth checking the diary of events at www.gasrpc.uk to make sure nothing untoward is going on at the range.
